Safety Icon electric-shock-resistant

The CSA White rectangle with orange Greek letter omega - indicates soles that provide resistance to electric shock. Such certified footwear contains a sole and heel design assembly that, at the point of manufacturing, has electrical insulating properties to withstand 18,000 Volts and a leakage current not exceeding 1mA for 60 seconds.

The double density P.U. outsole offers superior traction, while the shock absorbing insole ensures support and comfort whether you're standing or walking for long periods of time.

**Free Shipping And Returns On Orders Over $125.**

Online orders under $125 will be charged a flat-rate fee of $9.99+tax. Exceptions will apply when shipping to remote areas in Canada. Due to the rising cost of shipping and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of pairs of shoes we ship to one customer.

The fee for shipping to Remote locations is $19-$23.

We use Purolator as our primary carrier.  P.O. boxes and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.

Due to the value of our orders, a signature is required on orders over $75.  

Remote locations are not included in shipping promotions.

Our goal is to have the order delivered in 4-8 business days. (Remote areas may take longer). We do not ship outside of Canada.

Once your order has shipped we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.  If there is an issue with the shipping please contact the shipping company directly. 

**Packages returned by the courier will be refunded and not reshipped.**

ALL SHIPPING/DELIVERY CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED.

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday), with the exception of the following holidays:

FAQS:

Q: If I pay for shipping and I return the order to the store will you refund the shipping costs?

A: We do not refund shipping costs on refunds in store or online.

Q: I forgot to apply my discount to my order.  Can you apply it for me?

A:  Please provide us with the discount code so we can investigate whether it is applicable for the items you purchased.  We are unable to apply a discount to any order that has already shipped. 

Q:  The address I entered on my order is incorrect.  Can you change this once the order has been placed.  

A:  We are able to change the shipping address for an order BEFORE it has shipped.  We are unable to change the shipping address to another province for tax reasons.

Found them really comfortable from the beginning. They lasted me the full year I needed them for, with no holes. The one downside I would say is they will bleed red dye on your socks if they get wet.

Love them

Excellent service. Got the boots 2 days after ordering. Love the side zipper: very convenient when you need to take them off in a hurry. Love the tips; it’s the first place where your boots usually get dirty. I’ll need to work a bit more to get the laces tighten up in the right place. Only problem; my heels got hurt pretty early on, but might because of my socks! But great purchase.

Boots run very small, order 1 full size up

I've bought this exact same pair of boots in the same size (9.5) for the last 3 years, and I absolutely loved them. They were comfortable right from the start, requiring no break-in period. I have always worn two pair of socks with no problem. I recently purchased a new pair of boots online in my size thinking that they would fit the same as my last 2 pairs. Wrong!! I wore the new boots at work and couldn't even make it through half of my shift. I was in so much pain because they were too small in the toes. I don't know if the manufacturing process has changed but they don't fit like my old boots. I even tried only one pair of socks instead of my usual two and I was still in agony and had blisters on my toes. I am super disappointed as I can't return these boots now and I'm out $220. My advice is to order one full size up from your regular shoe size. I am consistently a size 9 in all my regular shoes/boots. I wish I had ordered a 10...
