Coupon Terms & Conditions

These Coupon Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional codes issued by Work Authority, unless otherwise stated. By using a promotional code, you agree to the terms outlined below.

$20 Off $100 Coupon – Online Only

Eligibility

  • Receive $20 off orders of $100 or more before taxes and shipping.
  • Valid on regular-priced items only.
  • Sale items, clearance items, and Blundstone boots are excluded.
  • This offer is valid online only and cannot be redeemed in-store.
  • One coupon use per customer.

Unique Code & Account Use

  • Each coupon code is unique and tied to the email address used to sign up.
  • Coupon codes cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or used by another customer.
  • Codes are valid only for the original recipient and the associated email account.
  • Unauthorized use or distribution of a coupon code may result in order cancellation.

Redemption Rules

  • Coupon codes must be entered at checkout at workauthority.ca.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
  • Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, price adjustments, or completed orders.
  • Coupon codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

Discount Application

  • The $20 discount is automatically distributed across all eligible regular-priced items in the order at the time of purchase.
  • The discount is applied proportionally to each eligible item based on its price.

Shipping, Returns & Order Thresholds

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $125 pre-tax, after all discounts are applied.
  • If applying a coupon reduces the order total below $125 pre-tax, standard shipping charges will apply.
  • Example:
    • An item priced at $139.99 with a $20 coupon applied results in an order total of $119.99 pre-tax.
    • Because the discounted total falls below the $125 threshold, shipping will be charged.

Free Returns & Exchanges

  • Free returns and exchanges apply only to individual items priced over $125 pre-tax, after discounts are applied.
  • Free returns and exchanges are not based on the total order value, but on the final price paid for each item.
  • If a coupon reduces an item’s price below $125 pre-tax, that item will no longer qualify for free returns or exchanges.

Returns & Refunds

  • If an order is returned in full, the refund will reflect the total amount paid after the coupon discount.
  • If part of an order is returned, the portion of the discount applied to the returned item:
    • Cannot be transferred to the remaining items
    • Cannot be reused or re-applied
  • Refunds are issued based on the discounted price paid for the returned item, not the original retail price.
  • If a return causes the remaining order total to fall below the $100 qualifying threshold, the original coupon discount will not be reapplied to remaining items.

Expiration & Modifications

  • Coupon codes are valid only for the time period stated in the promotional email.
  • Work Authority reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
  • Suspected abuse, including multiple redemptions or account manipulation, may result in order cancellation or account restriction.
