Return Policy

Items ordered Online over $125* qualify for FREE return shipping. 


Unworn products purchased at can be returned online or in-store for a full refund within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

Because every brand develops its footwear differently we do ask that anyone trying out their new shoes does so inside - in a clean environment to determine if the width, size, and toe box are comfortable. We cannot accept returns for footwear that are the wrong size that have been worn on the worksite.

*In order for a product to qualify for a return it must be:

  • Unworn, and in new condition
  • You must have the original packaging in new condition and the receipt.
  • Ordered Online.  We are unable to offer return shipping for orders purchased at our retail/mobile locations.  

Final sale & defective products are excluded from this policy.


Online orders can be returned via our return portal or can be returned to any of our retail locations (we do not offer online returns for items purchased in-store). We offer one free return/exchange label per order on items over $125. Final sale and defective items are excluded from our return/exchange process.

To ensure a smooth return/exchange please follow these steps:

  • Request a return label here. For items over $125 you can request a free return label, for items less than $125 you can request a return label for a flat fee of $9.99. We are unable to refund individual shipping costs for items sent back outside of our process.  Items under $125 are not eligable for exchange.
  •  If your item/order is unworn, please wrap the box with paper or plastic and affix the label to the package and include the return form with your package. If the item is returned damaged or if the label is affixed directly to the box you will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
  • Drop the package off at your closest Purolator depot.
  • Once your return is received and inspected our team will process your return within 5-10 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
  • Our team will issue you a refund or send out a new tracking number if your order is being exchanged. Once the credit has been issued it can take 2-3 days for your financial institution to return the funds to your account.

Returns are processed Tuesday - Friday. Please give our team 10 days from the day received to process and credit your order. Remember to keep your shipment tracking number from your carrier in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit. We are unable to refund individual shipping costs for items sent back outside of our process. is not responsible for any returned packages until received at our facility. 

Items purchased at our retail locations cannot be returned to our online distribution center.  They must be returned to a Work Authority retail store.
