Safety Icon electric-shock-resistant

The CSA White rectangle with orange Greek letter omega - indicates soles that provide resistance to electric shock. Such certified footwear contains a sole and heel design assembly that, at the point of manufacturing, has electrical insulating properties to withstand 18,000 Volts and a leakage current not exceeding 1mA for 60 seconds.

Safety Icon sole-and-toe-protection

The CSA Green Triangle indicates sole puncture protection with a Grade 1 Protective toe to withstand impacts up to 125 joules. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons.

Safety Icon vibram

High-performance compounds for industrial and building environments. Extremely durable (less than 100 mm3 abrasion), superior tear strength. Engineered for flame and heat extreme resistance.

**Free Shipping And Returns On Orders Over $125.**

Online orders under $125 will be charged a flat-rate fee of $9.99+tax. Exceptions will apply when shipping to remote areas in Canada. Due to the rising cost of shipping and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of pairs of shoes we ship to one customer.

The fee for shipping to Remote locations is $19-$23.

We use Purolator as our primary carrier.  P.O. boxes and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.  **During the Canada Post Strike all orders wil be shipped Purolator**

Due to the value of our orders, a signature is required on orders over $75.  

Remote locations are not included in shipping promotions.

Our goal is to have the order delivered in 4-8 business days. (Remote areas may take longer). We do not ship outside of Canada.

Once your order has shipped we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.  If there is an issue with the shipping please contact the shipping company directly. 

**Packages returned by the courier will be refunded and not reshipped.**

If a package is refused we will not refund shipping charges.

ALL SHIPPING/DELIVERY CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED.

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday), with the exception of the following holidays:

FAQS:

Q: If I pay for shipping and I return the order to the store will you refund the shipping costs?

A: We do not refund shipping costs on refunds in store or online.

Q: I forgot to apply my discount to my order.  Can you apply it for me?

A:  Please provide us with the discount code so we can investigate whether it is applicable for the items you purchased.  We are unable to apply a discount to any order that has already shipped. 

Q:  The address I entered on my order is incorrect.  Can you change this once the order has been placed.  

A:  We are able to change the shipping address for an order BEFORE it has shipped.  We are unable to change the shipping address to another province for tax reasons.

I recommend this product

I have had Royer boots in the past, and then are THE MOST comfortable boots I have ever worn. Also they will withstand the elements of 20+ years of working construction.
