The Cypress Insulated Duck Work Coat is built for function and is designed to withstand the harshest conditions. Made up of a 60% cotton / 40% polyester brushed duck exterior and 100% polyester ripstop quilted interior lining, this work coat combines breathable warmth with a tough, DWR exterior. This was made to be worn as an outer layer that provides thermoregulation to regulate your body's temperature when outdoor temperatures rise and fall. The Cypress also features Walls' Muscle Back™ technology which is a construction method along the back that allows for more movement and stretch.

**Free Shipping And Returns On Items Over $125.**

Orders under $125 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 + tax. A higher shipping fee of $19–$23 applies to remote locations in Canada.

Carriers: We primarily use Purolator for shipping. Orders to P.O. boxes and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.

Signature Requirement: Due to the value of our shipments, a signature is required for orders over $75.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship outside of Canada. Additionally, remote locations are not eligible for shipping promotions.

Order Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days (remote areas may take longer). Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If there are shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Returned & Refused Packages:

Packages returned by the courier will be refunded but will not be reshipped.

If a package is refused, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Limits: Due to increasing shipping costs and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of shoe pairs shipped per customer.

ALL SHIPPING/DELIVERY CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED.

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday), with the exception of the following holidays:

FAQS:

Q: If I pay for shipping and I return the order to the store will you refund the shipping costs?

A: We do not refund shipping costs on refunds in store or online.


Q: I forgot to apply my discount to my order.  Can you apply it for me?

A:  Please provide us with the discount code so we can investigate whether it is applicable for the items you purchased.  We are unable to apply a discount to any order that has already shipped. 


Q:  The address I entered on my order is incorrect.  Can you change this once the order has been placed.  

A:  We are able to change the shipping address for an order BEFORE it has shipped.  We are unable to change the shipping address to another province for tax reasons.
