Orders under $125 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 + tax. A higher shipping fee of $19–$23 applies to remote locations in Canada.
Carriers: We primarily use Purolator for shipping. Orders to P.O. boxes and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.
Signature Requirement: Due to the value of our shipments, a signature is required for orders over $75.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship outside of Canada. Additionally, remote locations are not eligible for shipping promotions.
Order Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days (remote areas may take longer). Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If there are shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.
Returned & Refused Packages:
Packages returned by the courier will be refunded but will not be reshipped.
If a package is refused, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Order Limits: Due to increasing shipping costs and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of shoe pairs shipped per customer.

I first spotted my neighbour wearing a pair as he does construction work ,I ride motorcycles and thought they would make a good riding pant instead of jeans ,I am very satisfied as they fit perfectly and have lots of pockets for items such as wallet ,gps ,phone ,keys etc ,also they have a stretch material on the inside of the seams and the material is hi-quality & water resistant & am sure they will last me till the end of my riding career . I had ordered the pant from a store in Calgary as their was non in-stock ,the salesman ensured me if they did not fit or I was not satisfied I could get a full refund , they were shipped from Etobicoke ,Ont, via purolator and arrived in four days ,and that's including two weekend days ,my experience with Work Authority has been very satisfying.
