The Form Maximum Support Shoe/Boot Insole is engineered to provide superior comfort and support for all-day wear. Featuring orthotic arch support and a full-length footbed, it ensures proper alignment and pressure distribution. The heat-moldable or wear-moldable base layer customizes to the unique shape of your foot while retaining structural support.

Designed with soft, high-density foam, the insole absorbs shock, reducing impact on your feet, knees, and joints. The comfort-shaped arch and optimized heel cup work together to offer stability, enhance foot positioning, and reduce stress.

A TemperWeave top layer fabric helps wick away moisture and control odor, keeping your feet dry and fresh throughout the day. Ideal for those who need maximum comfort and support in their shoes or boots. Please note sizing is men's ( women order two sizes down ).

All insoles are final sale, they are not eligible for exchange or return.

**Free Shipping And Returns On Items Over $125.**

Orders under $125 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 + tax. A higher shipping fee of $19–$23 applies to remote locations in Canada.

Carriers: We primarily use Purolator for shipping. Orders to P.O. boxes and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.

Signature Requirement: Due to the value of our shipments, a signature is required for orders over $75.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship outside of Canada. Additionally, remote locations are not eligible for shipping promotions.

Order Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days (remote areas may take longer). Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If there are shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Returned & Refused Packages:

Packages returned by the courier will be refunded but will not be reshipped.

If a package is refused, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Limits: Due to increasing shipping costs and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of shoe pairs shipped per customer.

ALL SHIPPING/DELIVERY CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday), with the exception of the following holidays:
  • Family Day
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • Civic Holiday
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • New Year's Day

Orders placed between 10 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday EST will be processed Monday morning and delivered by the carrier Tuesday through Friday for standard ground service.

FAQS:

Q: If I pay for shipping and I return the order to the store will you refund the shipping costs?

A: We do not refund shipping costs on refunds in store or online.


Q: I forgot to apply my discount to my order.  Can you apply it for me?

A:  Please provide us with the discount code so we can investigate whether it is applicable for the items you purchased.  We are unable to apply a discount to any order that has already shipped. 


Q:  The address I entered on my order is incorrect.  Can you change this once the order has been placed.  

A:  We are able to change the shipping address for an order BEFORE it has shipped.  We are unable to change the shipping address to another province for tax reasons.
