Featuring a 2mm waterproof full grain leather upper, steel toe and puncture-resistant plate, and METATECH System Flex metguard protection, this boot offers all-around protection. With additional features like a breathable mesh lining and scuff resistant toe cap, you can work confidently and comfortably all day long.

Free Shipping & Returns on Items Over $125

Orders under $125 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 + tax. A higher shipping fee of $20–$25 applies to remote locations in Canada.

Carriers

We primarily use Purolator for shipping. Orders to P.O. boxes, apartments, and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.

Signature Requirement

A signature is required on orders over $300. Signature may also be required on select express shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within Canada only.

  • Remote locations are not eligible for shipping promotions.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days (remote areas may take longer).

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If there are shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.

If the courier attempts delivery and the recipient is not available, the package may be redirected to a pickup location or held at a depot. Shipping charges will not be refunded in cases where delivery was attempted, but the package was not collected by the recipient.

Returned & Refused Packages

Packages returned to us by the courier will be refunded to the original method of payment, but will not be reshipped.

If a package is refused at delivery, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, not picked up from a depot, or delivery attempts were unsuccessful due to the recipient's unavailability, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees will apply if the customer requests reshipment.

Order Limits

Due to increasing shipping costs and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of shoe pairs shipped per customer.

Shipping/Delivery Concerns

All shipping or delivery concerns must be reported within 5 days of the package being received.

Orders are packed on regular business days (Monday through Friday), excluding the following holidays:

  • Family Day

  • Good Friday

  • Victoria Day

  • Canada Day

  • Civic Holiday

  • Labour Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

  • Boxing Day

  • New Year’s Day

Orders placed between 10 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday EST will be processed Monday morning and delivered Tuesday through Friday for standard ground service.

Orders placed before 12 p.m. ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Friday ship Monday.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect shipping information, weather events, or unexpected courier delays.

If items are returned in-store or online, express shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages

All orders include delivery confirmation.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier and photographic or GPS proof of delivery is provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement agency and your home insurance provider.

Free Return Shipping Eligibility

Eligibility for free return shipping is based on the final purchase price after discounts.

If an order total falls below $125 after discounts or promotions, it will not qualify for free return shipping.

Example:
If your cart total is $135 before a discount, but a promotional code reduces the total to $120, the order will not meet the free return shipping threshold.

Q: If I pay for shipping and return the order in-store, will you refund the shipping costs?
A: We do not refund shipping costs on refunds in-store or online.

Q: I forgot to apply my discount. Can you apply it after I place my order?
A: Please provide the discount code so we can investigate eligibility. We are unable to apply discounts to orders that have already shipped.

Q: The address I entered is incorrect. Can you change it?
A: We can update the shipping address before the order has shipped. We cannot change the shipping address to another province due to tax regulations.
