Composite Plate

Safety footwear that contains a composite plate. In the safety shoe industry, composite plates are often created with a combination of non-metal materials like Kevlar, carbon fiber, plastic, or fiberglass. These are often placed in between the midsole and outsole to protect your feet from items that can puncture through your soles like nails, glass or unfinished metals.
