**Free Shipping And Returns On Orders Over $125.**
Online orders under $125 will be charged a flat-rate fee of $9.99+tax. Exceptions will apply when shipping to remote areas in Canada. Due to the rising cost of shipping and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of pairs of shoes we ship to one customer.
The fee for shipping to Remote locations is $19-$23.
We use Purolator as our primary carrier. P.O. boxes and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.
Due to the value of our orders, a signature is required on orders over $75.
Remote locations are not included in shipping promotions.
Our goal is to have the order delivered in 4-8 business days. (Remote areas may take longer). We do not ship outside of Canada.
Once your order has shipped we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order. If there is an issue with the shipping please contact the shipping company directly.
**Packages returned by the courier will be refunded and not reshipped.**
ALL SHIPPING/DELIVERY CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED.

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday), with the exception of the following holidays:

Q: The address I entered on my order is incorrect. Can you change this once the order has been placed.
A: We are able to change the shipping address for an order BEFORE it has shipped. We are unable to change the shipping address to another province for tax reasons.

I wish the retail stores carried these overalls instead of forcing customers to order on line and then drive to a location to return unwanted items. Who gets the carbon tax for that? The XL size fits a ladies size 16 with a little room to spare. I can slide them on/off without unbuttoning them. I thought the XXL were the ones I needed according to the hip measurements but I actually may fit into the large as I can grab an inch or more excess fabric at the hip on the XL. Hope this helps - I advise you to ordered two sizes to compare the fits
