Orders under $125 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 + tax. A higher shipping fee of $19–$23 applies to remote locations in Canada.
Carriers: We primarily use Purolator for shipping. Orders to P.O. boxes and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.
Signature Requirement: Due to the value of our shipments, a signature is required for orders over $75.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship outside of Canada. Additionally, remote locations are not eligible for shipping promotions.
Order Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days (remote areas may take longer). Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If there are shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.
Returned & Refused Packages:
Packages returned by the courier will be refunded but will not be reshipped.
If a package is refused, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Order Limits: Due to increasing shipping costs and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of shoe pairs shipped per customer.

Great jacket at a third the price
The jacket is exactly how it was described on the website and has all features described which are a few more than most the higher priced jackets have, it keeps me warm well into the minuses of the Canadian winter and fits great. All the flex spots built in make this jacket fit and bend better than most I've worn, the handwarmer pockets are basically glove lined pockets and work well, good strong zippers, little hi-vis details and lots of pockets which is great. The only draw back and it's my own preference is the jackets sits a bit higher than I'd like and that's because the "bomber" style which I get but I'd definitely buy another if they could add about 6" to the waist to make it a bit longer and cover more of my back and my shirts that always hang out the bottom, again personal preference here not a strike on the company at all and will buy another Mabey just to have since the price was so good and the quality is above and beyond the price you pay.
