This UNIK Terminator Men's 8" Composite Toe 5E Safety Boot with Vibram is built for superior protection and comfort. It boasts 5E width for a more comfortable fit for wide feet, waterproof and heat-resistant properties, a composite toe and plate for protection, and an anti-stress insole to help manage fatigue. 

These boots feature UNIK’s most important technology advancement, the “Anti-torsion support system” or ATSS which is integrated within all of their footwears’ sole and prevents it from flexing more than it should. They also feature UNIK’s ankle lock technology secures the ankle and helps lock the foot in place to prevent any injuries from twisting or accidental movements.

**Free Shipping & Returns on Items Over $125.**

Orders under $125 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 + tax. A higher shipping fee of $20-$25 applies to remote locations in Canada.

Carriers: We primarily use Purolator for shipping. Orders to P.O. boxes, apartments and remote areas are shipped via Canada Post.

Signature Requirement: We will require a signature on orders over $300. Shipping to PO boxes, remote areas and apartment units will require a signature on orders over $75.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship outside of Canada. Additionally, remote locations are not eligible for shipping promotions.

Order Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days (remote areas may take longer). Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If there are shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Returned & Refused Packages:

Packages returned by the courier will be refunded but will not be reshipped.

If a package is refused, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Limits: Due to increasing shipping costs and supply chain shortages, we reserve the right to limit the number of shoe pairs shipped per customer.

ALL SHIPPING/DELIVERY CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED.

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday), with the exception of the following holidays:

We offer express shipping to most provinces across Canada. Express shipping to metropolitan areas will typically be on the faster end of the shipping timelines while rural areas will typically take longer. We will require a signature on express orders over $300.

Orders placed before 12 pm will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will ship on Monday. No signature required. PO boxes excluded. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect shipping information, weather events or unexpected courier delays.

If items are returned in-store or online, Express Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 Express Shipments are not shipped on Canadian Holidays and will be delayed by a day if your shipment falls within a Canadian Holiday (reference above Holiday Schedule).

FAQS:

Q: If I pay for shipping and I return the order to the store, will you refund the shipping costs?

A: We do not refund shipping costs on refunds in-store or online.


Q: I forgot to apply my discount to my order.  Can you apply it for me?

A:  Please provide us with the discount code so we can investigate whether it is applicable for the items you purchased.  We are unable to apply a discount to any order that has already shipped. 


Q:  The address I entered on my order is incorrect.  Can you change this once the order has been placed?  

A:  We are able to change the shipping address for an order BEFORE it has shipped.  We are unable to change the shipping address to another province for tax reasons.
