The shoes looks nice and light but I wish it’s waterproof.
This will be the second set of San Jose's I've bought. I like the fit, feel of the iron worker sole, and weight. I do have a wider foot and the normal boots accommodate them well; I did try the extra wide boots at one point and they were too large for me. Prior set I had for about 1.5 years, small failures but not deal breakers: One of the lace eyes came out (got a new one and pounded it in), the heel loop ripped off on one boot (not the best "leather" there), and lastly the toe started to get torn up, but its leather, so this is truly to be expected. Overall some of my favorite light boots, probably wouldn't use these if I was planning on beating them up though.
Best boot I’ve tried yet.
Pretty good. It does not come up as high around the ankle as much as I wanted.
Really great looking boot really comfortable. As advertised no breaking. Required. Wore them in snow and rain and my feet stay dry.
